"What can we Judges say? This video was born to win! Everything about it hit the mark. From a technical standpoint, the editing was clean and flawless. The song choice was outstanding, and exactly the type of song that fulfilled the challenge theme of a character study. We got a true sense of who Peter Dunn was, what drove and motivated the character to do the things he did...we felt the "pressure" he was under to hold it all together in the face of losing his family, of his failure as a writer. This video held to all the contest parameters, keeping strictly to the no fancy transitions rules, and most importantly, in bringing the character Peter Dunn to life. Well thought-out, planned and executed.

"This video was breathtaking, and wowed all the judges. Crisp, sharp editing and picture quality. We all loved the unique song choice, which provided a perfect study of the character of the Phantom. We got a feel for his internal hopes and dreams for a happy, normal life through Christine and felt the change in his attitude becoming more sardonic and bitter as he saw those dreams elude his grasp. Very impressive, beautiful video!"
